Can I book by telephone?

Yes you can. Please contact our Admin team on 0845 3700 435 during office hours (8AM TO 8PM MON-FRI) to make a booking.

Please have to following ready:

  • Correct flight dates and times
  • flight no's if appropriate
  • Personal details e.g. Address, telephone and e-mail information.
  • Vehicle details
  • Payment details

Not having this information available may delay your booking being processed.

How secure are the car parks?

Security is taken very seriously.Our off-airport car park has a combination of security patrols with guard dogs, high level fencing and CCTV.

How far is the car park from the Airport?

Bristol airport is less than 1 mile away from our car park. The transfer time is less than 5 minutes.

How do I get from the car park to the Airport and back again?

EZ Parking has a courtesy shuttle bus available to clients to take you to and from the airport. This is a free service integrated in the price of your booking. The car park will give you a telephone number to ring on your return to have the shuttle bus meet you at the airport and return you to the car park.

What time should I arrive at the car park?

When making your booking you will be asked what time you estimate you will arrive at the car park. Try to make this time at least half an hour before your first check-in time.

How long will I have to wait for the shuttle bus?

The shuttle buses run on a 24hr basis traveling from the car park to the terminal at the airport and back again.You should be waiting no more than 10 minutes for a shuttle bus.

Do I need to leave my car keys?

Yes, at EZ Parking we require you to leave your car keys with us for security and safety reasons. For example if there is an emergency and your vehicle needs to be moved. And also at busy times your car will be moved and parked in our secure car park. The car park reserve the right to refuse to park your vehicle, should you not be prepared to leave your keys with them. Should this occur no refund will be issued.

Can I book short notice?

Yes! You can phone on the day of parking subject to availability in the car park

Why pre-book?

Online prices are often cheaper, and you are guaranteed a space.

Where can I find directions on the website?

Once you have made a booking, your booking confirmation will have instructions and directions attached showing you where to go and what to do when you arrive.

Maps and directions are not available to clients who have yet to make a booking.

Will I be sent confirmation of my booking?

You will receive an email confirming your booking which includes all of the details you need to make your parking experience as stress-free as possible.

I haven't received my email confirmation. What do I do?

The first thing you should do is check your 'junk' or 'spam' email folder, as these emails sometimes end up there. If not, please contact us at bookings@ezparking.co.uk and include your name and car reg in your email or call our customer services on 0845 3700 435 8am-8pm Mon-Fri. Alternatively, you may contact the car park directly using the contact details on your booking confirmation.

Can you confirm my booking by post?

If you have yet to make a booking please contact our booking line on 0845 3700 435 to arrange your confirmation to be posted. Should you have a booking already please contact our admin team by either telephone 8am-8pm Mon-Fri or by e-mail: bookings@ezparking.co.uk and we will re-issue your confirmation to you via post.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes you can, you can pay by cheque or cash only all bookings are paid for upon arrival at our car park.

Is there an extra discount for booking more than one vehicle at a time?

Not at this time. Our prices are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate.

What does Gate price mean?

Gate price is the term used to mean paying on arrival or on-site, these prices can usually be from 10% to as much as 60% higher than the pre-booked price online.

What is on-airport car parking?

These are car parks run by either the airport directly or an independent company and are either available as long or short stay facilities.Their prices can be considerable amount more than off-site car parking prices.

What is off-airport car parking?

These are usually privately owned car parks situated outside of the airports perimeter.Your vehicle will be parked for you to a secure block park area and you luggage loaded onto the courtesy shuttle.The transfer times from the car park to the airport range from 1 to 5 minutes.

What is EZ Parking VIP Meet and Greet Parking?

EZ Parking VIP Meet & Greet Parking is a convenient and hassle-free way of parking. Drive directly to the airport terminal and be met by a parking chauffeur. Your car will be taken by them to a nearby secure car park whilst you check-in. Upon your return, your car is brought back to you at the airport terminal so you can be on your way quickly. This is a popular choice for disabled travelers, business people and for people traveling with children.

How do I change my flight dates or times?

Please contact our Customer Services team on 0845 3700 435 to make an amendment 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or via e-mail bookings@ezparking.co.uk. Please have your booking confirmation to hand as we will need the details off this to amend your booking.

What do I do if I want to cancel my booking?

You can either send an e-mail with booking reference or call our customer services on 0845 3700 435 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or e-mail bookings@ezparking.co.uk. As long as the requested notice is given we will be happy to cancel your booking.

Any clients booking where they have not complied with on screen booking requirements and who have been unable to park will not be subject to a refund. Bookings Fees and MMS charges are non-refundable

No refund is available for unused part stays

Refund Notice Periods

All bookings are subject to cancellation charges per car as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% charge, no refund
  • More than 24 hours notice: No charge

How do I make a complaint?

We take complaints very seriously.Please send your complaints via e-mail complaints@ezparking.co.uk (For the attention of Head of Customer Services)

You will receive a response within 3 working days of us receiving you complaint.
